FOR MAX GIORGETTI CURIOSITY IS THE ONLY INSTINCT WORTH FOLLOWING.  IN FRONT OF EVERY OPPORTUNITY HE HAS ALWAYS CHOSEN TO TRY AND EXPERIMENT, OFTEN WITHOUT ANY PREPARATION, BUT ALWAYS GETTING SOMETHING, SOMETIMES UNEXPECTED SUCCESSES.  A CAREER FULL OF DESIGN AND FASHION EXPERIENCES WAS THUS DEVELOPED, FOLLOWING HIS INNATE SENSITIVITY TO AESTHETICS, MINIMALIST AND FUNCTIONAL.

THE ART SCHOOL OF VARESE TRACED THE WAY FORWARD, with the precious teachers of foderati, aldani and marcello morandini (at the time prof of modeled figure) THEN, WHILE ATTENDING THE PRESTIGIOUS DESIGN INSTITUTE FOR FASHION MARANGONI DI MILANO (1983) ALSO TO FACE THE SCHOOL FEES, HE AGREED TO EXPERIMENT FIRST AND THEN WORK AS A MAKE-UP ARTIST FOR THE DIEGO DALLA PALMA STUDIO MAKE-UP, COLLABORATING WITH THE BEST FASHION MAGAZINES, AND LATER ALSO FOR KNOWN TRANSMISSIONS OF ITALIAN TELEVISION. FACE AND BODY MAKE-UP, AN ALIEN WORLD FOR MAX UNTIL THEN, WILL LATER TURN INTO A PASSION FOR FIGURATIVE PAINTING. AFTER THE 7-YEAR MAKE-UP PERIOD, HE FOLLOWS HIS VOCATION AS A STYLIST AND AS A CONSULTANT CREATES COLLECTIONS FOR CLOTHING BRANDS INCLUDING: IMEC, E.ZEGNA AND FILA SPORT. SINCE 1992 THE DESIGN OF THE GLASSES BECOMES THE MAIN ACTIVITY, AFTER THE FIRST COLLABORATIONS WITH LOCAL COMPANIES IN A SHORT TIME IS ENGAGED BY WELL-KNOWN BRANDS AND INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES. AMONG THE MANY SUCCESSES IN THIS SECTOR, TO HIGHLIGHT THE COLLABORATION WITH THE RAY-BAN BRAND (1999 TO 2002) WHICH HAS PRODUCED SUCCESSFUL DESIGNS THAT HAVE BECOME ICONS OF THE BRAND, GLASSES THAT ARE STILL WORN THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

IN THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN MAX GIORGETTI HAS REALIZED PROJECTS FOR INTERNATIONAL FURNISHING, HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES AND PACKAGING COMPANIES. IN CLEANING HE DESIGNED A VACUUM CLEANER (VENTANA FOR ELECTROLUX) WHICH SOON BECAME A EUROPEAN BEST SELLER. AMONG OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS, THE PRESTIGIOUS RECOGNITION OF THE CHICAGO ATHENAEUM DESIGN AWARD WITH THE DESIGN OF THE SNAKEY WATCH (2005) IS WORTH MENTIONING. ALL THIS STARTING FROM THE HAND-DRAWN DESIGN CONCEPT, BUT ALSO THANKS TO SOFTWARE, FROM CAD TO MODERN 3D APPLICATIONS, TECHNOLOGIES TO VISUALIZE ideas HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN IMPORTANT USE.
